FaFNY issues a memo to Governor Pataki requesting protection for New York's Citizen Soldiers.  Upon activation non custodial parents with child support obligations may not have time to file the required petitions reducing their child support obligations proportional to their reduction in pay while serving their country.  The Bradley Amendment DOES NOT allow reductions on their return even if warranted.  FaFNY is calling on Governor Pataki to act on behalf of those who are serving us.
